Job Summary

Business Application Specialist will have responsibility in providing both Functional and Technical support for all core business applications to ensure the continuity of Operations. In this position, he/she also responsible for checking and ensuring that all data in systems is accurate, complete, unique, timely and consistent across different application.

  • Develop and organize IT service desk for Feed business and extend to Genetic/Farm in future.
  • Cooperate with Asia IT and VN IT to provide both Technical and Functional within IT service catalogue.

  • Business process (SOP) and System Process
  • System configuration
  • User authentication/access
  • Report list
  • Change request
  • User training guide
  • Trouble shooting know-how
  • Maintenance the system available and accessible within agreed performance indicators.
  • Monitor Business continuity plan work
  • Involve in implementing IT system for Feed as Project coordinator
  • Responsible in providing Training sessions (for Business applications) to Business users
  • Act as IT Business partner with Other Department managers
  • Coordinate effectively with Asia IT and VN IT Teams to achieve IT goals/targets​​.
  • Responsible for building the cooperation with Local suppliers (purchase device and IT service)

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Project Management, or related fields
  • Min 3-5 years of practical experience Business application (operation)
  • Experience with at least one project in implementing/upgrade Business software
  • Demonstrate practical Experience in providing Software support (Functional is a must and Technical is considered as advantage)
  • Experience in process improvement project
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Job Summary

Production Engineer will have responsibility in providing both Functional on process analysing and improvement, set up Work Instruction, SOP and other relating tasks assigned by Plant Manager.

Duties
  • Understand the detail of each process, operation of all machine/equipment.
  • Focus on improvement opportunity by observing, data collection, analyzing . Propose potential change for improve. Maily focus on process optimization and shrink improvement.
  • Observe working procedure, machine operation and create WI (Work Instruction) for production team, provide training and assign more detailed role/responsibilities to machine operators, bagging worker...etc
  • Report on the result of improvement with specific timeline.
  • To work closely with Maintenance supervisor, create checklist for preventive maintenance for operator.
  • Summary and analyses downtime. Provide proposal on improvement area.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from Field of Mechanical/Electrical or relating field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in relating field.
  • Follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Good management and teamwork skills.
  • High awareness and understanding of safety and risk policies.

Job Summary

As a Technical Swine Specialist, you will give technical advice to external stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders (sales, product management, operations, senior management). Technical advice includes recommendations of technical expertise, market trends, feedback on feed performance as relating to field of expertise, and in co-operation with nutrition partner to develop feed management programs for customers’ farms in assigned markets.

  • First in line to act in response to customer complaints.
  • Identify root causes of problems and propose technical solutions if the causes are in field of expertise or collaborate with nutrition partner on solution proposal if the causes relate to nutrition aspects of company products.
  • Support, visit farm or prospects and give technical advice on farm management improvements as relating to field of expertise.
  • Train farm workers in relating technical subjects.
  • Support sales team with technical knowledge and market information from a technical point of view.
  • Collaborate with sales team on seminars.
  • Collaborate with nutrition partner on developing feeding guidelines to recommend a proper use of feed.
  • Follow-up results of company products in the field (POP), ensure technical aspects are qualified.
  • In collaboration with sales team and nutrition partner, ensure collection of technical data (e.g. proof of performance data and other feed performance information).
  • Actively organize internal training for sales team in field of expertise.
  • Communicate technical information and trends to rest of organization.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

  • Ensure excellent technical service solutions and company products’ reputation on market.
  • Improve farm performance, hence feed performance optimisation.
  • Together with sales team and nutrition partner, ensure that proof of performance data is collected and analysed precisely and thoroughly, and presented to relevant internal (and external) stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales team and nutrition partner on presenting technical solutions
  • Sales team is sufficiently equipped with relating technical knowledge to accomplish commercial tasks.
  • Technical trends and new solutions in field of expertise are updated on time to rest of organisation, especially for sales team.
Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine or in Animal Health and Production Science
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 03 years’ professional working experience in relating field of expertise, preferably with experience in feed business
  • Solid expertise experience with a strong preference for practical experience / insight
  • Experience with field work and working with farmers
  • Able to speak English and Khmer
