- Business Analyst is primarily responsible in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. He/she ensures that the existing capability or improvement need is achievable in business goal through efficient and effective use and process optimization. Tasks will include but not limited to the following:
- Conduct analysis of ITC's existing services and capability across ITC offerings to identify profitable business opportunities: research unit, faculties, and other relevant laboratories/FabLab
- Conduct researching emerging trends, market shift, and recommend new strategies
- Identify and target the potential products/services that can be developed by ITC, categorized and grouped based on relevance and readiness
- Perform market and financial analysis corresponding to identified products/services to assess market demand, competition, potential customers and growth
- Assist and develop a valorization strategy proposal of products/services
- Organize and conduct visits to local companies, civil society associations, or ministries to present ITC's products/services and gather feedback
- Support the monitoring and evaluation activities by providing technical advice and ensuring the integration of reporting requirements into the business framework
- Coordinating the implementation with ITC team and stakeholders
- Bachelor degree in business development, business intelligent, marketing, economics and finance or related fields; Master degree candidate is a plus.
- Experiences of business analytic, business development, strategic planning and management consulting; exposure to engineering, science, or technology sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Cambodia market and industries or trade-related context
- Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadline.
