About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brewer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in craft to commercial brewing operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the artistry of brewing and the discipline required for consistent, scalable production.
The successful candidate will be directly involved in all day-to-day brewing operations, quality control, cellar management, and packaging support. You will work as part of a small, high-performance team building a production culture focused on quality consistency, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Execute brewhouse operations including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, and transfer
- Fermentation and conditioning processes
- Monitor gravity, temperature, pressure, and key fermentation metrics
- Yeast handling: harvesting, pitching, storage, and viability management
- Cleaning and sanitation of tanks, brewhouse, and cellar equipment (CIP/SIP)
- Assist with filtration, carbonation, and packaging preparation
- Maintain accurate production records
- Conduct routine quality checks and support the Production Manager in lab sampling
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and production protocols
- Participate in preventative maintenance and equipment care
- Support raw material handling and inventory tracking
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency

- Experience in a professional brewery (craft or commercial scale) for 2 years as a minimum
- Strong understanding of brewing science and process flow
- Experience working with fermentation tanks and cellar operations
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation best practices
- Physically capable of lifting 25 kg and working in a production environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
- Formal brewing education or certification (Highly Desirable)
- Experience with automated brewhouse systems (Highly Desirable)
- Basic lab and quality control experience (Highly Desirable)
- Packaging line experience (Highly Desirable)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
