Position Summary

Senior Event Executive

Position Summary

KOFI Co., Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced EVENT EXECUTIVE to oversee the planning, execution, and management of events. The ideal candidate will ensure that all events align with our brand’s vision while delivering a memorable experience for attendees.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Event Strategy & Planning
  • Develop comprehensive event proposals aligned with approved yearly strategy
  • Execute both planned and ad-hoc events with efficiency and creativity.
  • Develop B2C event that fostering sales campaign
  • Create monthly creative event that increase B2C brand
  • Budgeting & Financial Control
  • Provide data-driven budget recommendations.
  • Manage event inventory, promotional materials, and minimize waste.

Senior Sales Executive

Schedule: Monday-Saturday morning

PURPOSE: Sales executive at KOFI is responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities involve presenting and selling products/services, negotiating contracts, and managing customer accounts, often using a CRM system to track activities and performance. They also conduct market research, collaborate with other teams, and represent the company at events.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Client acquisition and management: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with new and existing clients, and manage accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and negotiation: Present products/services, develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Target achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
  • Customer service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, address inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
  • Administrative tasks: Prepare and deliver presentations, maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and use CRM systems to track progress.

Department: Mondulkiri Farm (MKR)

The goal of the position is to lead sustainable coffee farming success by assuring farming system models/projects are designed, planned and managed effectively; relevant farms operational functions such as relevant administrations and harvesting facility are smoothy controlled; and being a representation of KOFI vision, mission, and core values to lead team members at the farm level to work with relevant stakeholders internally and externally including partners, project participants, and local authorities with the high level of professionalism etc

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure farm Operational is effective managed:
  • Plan and manage all farming activities including planting, pruning, harvesting, and processing coffee.
  • Implement best practices for crop management, including pest control, irrigation, and fertilization.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment and machinery.
  • Lead staff supervision and training:
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of farm workers, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and ensuring team collaboration.
  • Assure quality control at high level of standard:
  • Monitor the quality of coffee at every stage, from cultivation to post-harvest processing.
  • Ensure compliance with international coffee quality standards and certifications (Fair Trade, Organic, etc.).
  • Efficient budget and resource management:
  • Develop and manage farm budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Oversee the procurement of necessary inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, and machinery.
  • Manage farm inventories and supplies.
  • Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship:
  • Implement sustainable farming practices that promote soil health, biodiversity, and water conservation.
  • Ensure the farm meets environmental regulations and aims for sustainability certifications where applicable.

Farm Worker

Position Summary

Age: 18 years old up

Report to: Farm Team Leader

Department: Production

Person in Charge: Peoples

The coffee farm executive's main role responsibility to manage the coffee plantation growth well to make sure the coffee trees & shaded trees has the good healthy and well growing and also working in coffee nursery.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Take care and maintain coffee plantation (weeding, pruning, spraying insecticide, loosening soil around coffee tree, make and repair drainage...)
  • check and maintain drip irrigation system when irrigate coffee tree
  • Work in nursery such as building seedling bed, mixing soil for seedling, take care seedling and maintain nursery...etc.
  • Work in the coffee processing in harvest season.
  • Manage tool & fertilizer stock management pesticide
  • Work and take care other crop and vegetables in the Kofi’s farm.
  • Other task that assigned by management
