- Regular liaison will be required with CEO, COO, CFO, Admin/HR, BMs, ABMs and other parties
Purpose of position: Managing all of the whole operation in the branch to reach the goals.
Major challenges facing this position:
- Poor collaboration among the staff, especially dentist with Management.
- Operation
- Manage all of the day-to-day operations of the branch to make sure it runs smoothly
- Prepare the training for all the staff member in the branch to work effectively and efficiently
- Participate in meeting with other management to raise visibility, enhance the reputation, and expand the opportunities of the clinic
- Solve the problems related the branch both internally and externally
- Strengthen the customer service and hygiene in the branch
- Evaluate the staff working performance
- Motivate the good staffs and punish the non-performance staff
- Recruit and employs new staffs to support the branch operation when it is necessary
- Ensure the security of the branch (Staffs, Assets, Building, Cash…)
- Stand as the discipline implementer, self-discipline and leader by example
- Organize works to the subordinates
- Make collaboration with other branches
- Conducting and follow operation plan for branches
- Accounting and Finance
- Monitoring on daily income of the clinic and deposit daily to the clinic bank account
- Approval on expenditure in the branch
- Check, sign, and control all the documents or invoice related to the branch
- Preparing and Checking on the payroll in the branch
- To auditing all documents and patient credit
- Make sure the patient document are check daily and sign
- Monitor data base system and report immediately (Supervisor, Head of Finance) it not works properly
- Checking on ordering inventory to keep in the branch stock
- Monitoring on report monthly stock in the branch
- Monitoring on controlling and taking all the branch assets.
- Prepared other promotion activities on the branch
- Joint with marketing department to make promotion activities that involved with Clinic
- Monitor on feedback from the customers and solving

- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in marketing, sales, or branch operations management for 4 years as a minimum
- Proven experience in team leadership and business development is preferred

Purpose of position:
Marketing Supervisor is involved in aspects of marketing, including planning; advertising; promotion; public/media relations; product development; distribution; cooperate; research; event activities; enhance new corporate; cross support and monthly report. The role is often challenging, varied and exciting.
Major challenges facing this position:
- There is no current annual strategy for the dental market across Cambodia.
- Pricing strategy is competitive for comparable products.
- Client Communications
- Design and develop marketing materials, e.g. corporate brochure, articling brochure, personal and practice group profiles, website, etc.
- Develop and integrate marketing activities across service areas, e.g. logo, templates for request for proposals, PowerPoint, etc.
- Develop and maintain the firm’s website; keep site content fresh and updated in coordination with the outside webmaster
- Monitor production of marketing materials to ensure consistency and appropriateness

Purpose of position:
Creating the high-quality ceramic crowns for dentists and improving the capability and knowledge of the existing laboratory team members.
Major challenges facing this position:
- No collaboration from dentist
- Create the high-quality teeth to develop the laboratory
- Reads prescription or specifications and examines models and impressions to determine design of dental products to be constructed
- Melts metals or mixes plaster, porcelain, or acrylic paste, and pours material into Molds or over framework to form dental apparatus or prosthesis
- Shapes and solders wire and metal frames or bands for dental products, using soldering iron and hand tools
- Applies investments or mixtures, such as porcelain paste or wax, over prosthesis framework or setup, using brushes and spatula
- Removes excess mixture and investment and polishes surface of prosthesis or framework, using polishing machine
- Fills chipped or low spots in surface with acrylic resin
- Tests appliance for conformance to specifications and accuracy of occlusion, using articulator and micrometre.
