Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Report to CEO and GMs, based in HQ in Phnom Penh.
Develop relationship and manage within team members, hands-on approach, internal training.
Coordinates with Service Department, Sales Department, Body Shop, General Manager, sales representative to ensure effectiveness of the Branch operations.
Ensure financial targets (revenue, margins, etc.) are achieved.
Take responsibility for the sales budgeting and reporting in timely manner.
Maintains agreed profit margins and return on investment by selling the maximum amount of sales and parts.
Manages budgetary spending targets, discussing significant variations with GM and CEO
Manage Branch Operations
Ensure all Brands under RMA Group Cambodia are managed
Manage aftersales service and workshop
Make sure market share under its supervision are penetrated and grow
Reporting to relevant departments and other parties
Builds a winning team by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, motivating, and rewarding branch employees.
Take responsibility for the sales budgeting, ensuring ethical and group compliance and providing regular and timely sales reporting.
Departs from traditional ways of doing things as appropriate to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, loyalty and sales
Work with outsourced service centers, sub dealer and other coporate customer to understand about thire requirement to increase sales.

To do market visit regulary to understand about market need
Participates oversea meetings/training as per assign from management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
A bachelor degree is required, graduate in automotive engineering are preferrable
Holding drivering license
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in computer literatecy.
Be excellent in leadship, management, and cooperation.
