Branch Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Monitor the banking operation of the branch and ensure that all activities run smoothly and within prescribed time and budgets.
- Generate new business within branch market for deposit accounts, loans, and cash management.
- Promote the sales of banking products by demonstrating and coaching the customers on the usage.
- Solicit Loan and Deposit growth by building up good rapport and relationship with customers with effectively.
- Provide potential services to customers of the Bank through marketing with customers.
- Manage the day-to-day issues including discussing and resolving administrative or operational problems.
- Ensure that the credit files are properly filed and locked at all time and all retrieval and movement of such files are properly authorized and supervised.
- Provide customer service/operational issues/disseminate timely information.
- Train, guide and advise all subordinates as essential condition.
- Prepare accurate reports as requested by management.
- Comply with all bank policies, regulations, and laws applicable to carrying out duties and responsibilities.
- Be honest
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or relevant degree.
- Minimum two-year experiences in Branch Management.
- Excellent communication skills and inter personal skills.
- Drive for result and customer service oriented.
- Sound understanding of Financial Statement and Business Analysis.
- Thorough knowledge in Customer Business, related industry, law and regulations.
- Knowledgeable about Loan Process, Loan Collection and Credit Risk.
- Able to work under high pressure and deadline.
- Possess business concept and broad knowledge in Business environment.
- Excellence in English for both spoken and written and Chinese is a plus
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Word and Excel.
