Bookkeeping Officer (2 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Manage all account transactions.
- Reconciliation of bank statements.
- Ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns and payments.
- Handle monthly and annual closings.
- Performs other duties assigned by the management.

- Bachelor degree of Accountant, Finance or relevant degree.
- Work experience as an accountant.
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation regulations.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Self-discipline and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and tight deadlines.
Junior Documentation (2 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Work closely with Operation Manager to develop documents to meet consumer needs.
- Meticulous and able to handle documentation filling.
- Able to organize and arrange accommodation and transportation for meetings, trainings, and field trips for staffs.
- Support daily operation based on need and guidance from operation manager.
- Travel to mission provinces and handle work as needed.
- Support to deliver documents to relevant partners, clients, and ministries.
- Basic understanding about electronic devices, printer and laptop and other IT tasks.

- Fresh graduate
- Work experience in administration and operation work.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/commerce/finance etc.
- Office management document filing and logistics management.
- Good computer skills (Word and excel, E-mails, internet).
- Demonstrated excellent customer service mindset.
- Good in organizing and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills both written and oral.
- Fluent in English and/or Chinese is an advantaged.
