Position Summary:
The Biodiversity and Science Coordinator co-leads and coordinates biodiversity monitoring, ecological research, and forest inventory activities across program areas and research sites. The role ensures the collection of high-quality scientific data to guide conservation planning, adaptive management, and performance reporting. By enforcing field protocols and supporting data analysis and documentation, the position strengthens evidence-based conservation outcomes. The coordinator will also work closely with community-based monitoring teams and technical staff to ensure data is collected, managed, and communicated in line with program objectives, scientific standards, and donor requirements. This position is critical to maintaining the integrity of ecological monitoring and ensuring forest inventory data informs landscape-level conservation strategies.
