Bidding for Travel Services
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
- Please indicate the services your company/agency provides. At a minimum, provision of the following services is required:
- The registered company has valid Patent Certificate and VAT.
- At least 1 year of experience in travel services
- Booking, issuing and delivery of flight/train/ship tickets,
- Booking of accommodation (hotel rooms);
- Providing assistance in obtaining visas (locally and internationally);
- Providing assistance in passport renewal
- Travel insurance
- List all the countries in which your company/agency has experience providing travel arrangements.
- Please detail the after sales/after hours support your organisation provides
- Indicate price and fee for service charge (classed by airline company and type: economic, business class…etc.)
- Indicate validity for each airfare (e.g.: valid for issue ticket till…..etc.)
- Indicate, if the flight includes insurance
- Please note ticket quotations should clearly specify the following:
- Price quotes with reference to the final date of issue (option date)
- Itinerary (detailed flight/train/boat hours of departure and arrival)
- Ticket class - economy by default –
- Baggage allowance
- Information on ticket flexibility and related costs regarding possible changes or cancellation
- A detailed breakdown of the final cost (e.g. fare cost, VAT cost, service fee applied from airline companies, transaction fee applied from Travel Agency etc.).
