Beauty Advisor Supervisor

Position Summary

The Beauty Advisor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Beauty Advisors in a retail setting. They will provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure that the team delivers exceptional customer service and achieves sales targets.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Ensure that the store is properly merchandised and maintained to reflect the brand image.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Managers to develop and execute promotional events and initiatives.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new product launches.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the beauty / fragrance / fashion industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for beauty.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
  • Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written
  • Basic computer skills – e.g., emailing, Microsoft office including Excel / PowerPoint / Words.

Administration Executive

Position Summary

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Registration Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products comply with all regulatory and legal requirements. The individual in this position will work closely with brand managers and brand principles, and will be responsible for managing the entire product registration process with the Ministry of Health (MoH).

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Document Management
  • Collect and organize all necessary documents from Brand Managers (BM) and Brand Principals.
  • Ensure all required documents are complete and meet the necessary standards.
  • Verify that all documents are accurate, consistent, and properly aligned.
  • Registration Form Handling
  • Accurately complete product registration forms.
  • Submit registration forms through the appropriate online platforms.
  • Review and verify all information prior to submission to ensure correctness.
  • Communication with the Ministry of Health (MOH)
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with the MOH to facilitate proper product registration.
  • Resolve any issues or queries raised during the registration process.
  • Product Registration Monitoring
  • Ensure all product lines are registered as required.
  • Confirm that each registered product complies with current regulations.
  • Regularly monitor and track the status of all product registrations.
  • Reporting and Record Maintenance
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all registered product lines in the Masterfile.
  • Update registration status and other relevant information for each product line in the Masterfile.
  • Organize and track product license renewal dates.
  • Send email reminders to Brand Managers every 1st and 3rd week of the month regarding upcoming renewals or required actions.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in product registration or regulatory affairs, preferably in the healthcare, beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with the Ministry of Health or similar regulatory bodies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for product registration in the healthcare, beauty or consumer goods sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
 

Marketing Assistant
