Bar Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and deliver a warm, engaging bar experience
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks, and snack plates with consistency
  • Manage and support a small team of bar staf
  • Handle stock, inventory, and basic daily reporting
  • Keep the bar clean, organized, and always guest -ready
  • Bring fresh ideas to improve and enrich our bar offer

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Khmer - Good
Work History:
  • Has some experience behind a bar for 1 to 3 years is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Has a genuine passion for cocktails, drinks, and hospitality
Soft Skills
  • Communicates well in Khmer and English
  • Is a natural team player, positive under pressure, and ready to lead by example
  • Is willing to learn and to grow with us in a dynamic environment
 
 

Restaurant Manager

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Hotel/Restaurant, Exec. / Management, Service & Hospitality
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary

Working hours: 7AM – 4PM | Breakfast and Lunch service only — no evening shifts

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and ensure an exceptional experience from arrival to departure
  • Supervise and support the front team
  • Help manage reservations and customer flow
  • Assist with basic reporting, cash handling, and daily operations
  • Work closely with the kitchen team
  • Be part of our cooking class experiences, introducing guests to Cambodian cuisine
