Position Summary

The position is for Night-Shift
Schedule: Mon- Fri ( 07:00 PM - 04:00 AM )
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Programming)
- Strong knowledge with APi (Node Js, Nest Js, Microservices)
- Strong knowledge with DB and Prisma (PostgreSQL, Indexing, Big Data)
- Responsible and willing to work night shift (07:00 PM - 04:00 AM)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Communication tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Coordinate with development team for escalated issues
- Assist with basic training or guidance for software use
- Provide support via chat, call, or internal ticket system
