Throughout the country, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. has been involved in marketing various energy and lubricants products and services to its customers in both the private and public sectors. We offer a wide range of products through more than 100 service stations with over 52 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and lubricants. Through the TotalEnergies Card, customers are offered a convenient way to make and manage fuel purchases. Other services offered include used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.

Position Summary

Reporting Line: B2B Manager – Commercial & Aviation

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To follow a formulated, defined strategy including a contribution of Commercial Sales with reliability/efficiency of the sale team to achieve Company objectives to maintain sustainable growth and profitability.
  • To recommend, implement, and ongoing review to ensure that performance is in line with a change of Group and Company objectives.
  • To manage the Commercial sale effectively at all levels (personnel, administration, costs, selling price etc.) to maintain good margin and volume.
  • Identify and directly handle key segments
  • Maintain good relationship, communication, and to provide market intelligent to B2B Manager to develop Commercial business in the subsidiary.
  • Responsible for the B2B performance of Commercial sales in accordance with business objectives.
  • Conducting financial risk analysis and payment collection must be more focused and the overdue reduction gradually.
  • Assisting in customer profile analysis before giving the credit limit and term to customers.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in / Master or equivalent degree in business marketing, management or economics.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience: at least 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in oil industry or B2B environment, a 1 year’s managerial role in a multinational company environment is preferred.
  • Skills: ability to work independently; market analysis, marketing, and sales strategies.
Soft Skills
  • Languages: Good command of English, Chinese is a plus.
  • Be creative and responsive to business being handled.
