Automative Oil Sales Executive

Reporting Line: Head of Lubricants
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct.
- Own assigned sales targets and deliver results.
- Translate Lubricants Business Strategy into actionable plans in his/her area.
- Recruit new dealers to replace inactive ones.
- Partner with dealers on annual business plans to meet sales objectives.
- Manage key dealer performance and support secondary sales channel development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and payment collection for alignment with objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Work with technical teams to provide dealer training and support.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Participate in team meetings and related training sessions.
- Develop TEWC within area of responsibility.
- Report and collaborate with management and legal teams to combat counterfeit and smuggled products.

- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- Experience in sales/marketing (lubricants industry preferred) for 2 years
- Proficient in Khmer & English
- Valid driving license
