Sales Manager (Auto Loan)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8am-5pm (1h break)

Public Holiday: Follow Cambodia labor law

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Set yearly/monthly sales plans, budgets, and present them to management.
  • Ensuring productivity and target achievement.
  • Ensure the team understands and follows all loan terms.
  • Monitor daily car dealer visits, effective communication, and customer service skills of the sales staff.
  • Conduct daily meetings to review performance, solve problems, and motivate the team.
  • Join the sales team for customer site and car dealer visits to provide support.
  • Check new applications, perform assessments, and manage the approval submission process.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Update management on competitor activities and market changes.
  • Assist in following up on late payments and cooperating with the collection team on defaults.
  • Build and maintain strong connections with financial key people and car dealers.

Senior Sales Executive (Auto Loan)

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Dealer Partnership: Develop and manage strategic relationships with key principals/owners of new and second-hand car dealerships.
  • Loan Portfolio Leadership: Oversee and manage high-value/complex auto loan processing for key accounts.
  • Team Mentorship & Training: Act as a mentor and coach for junior Sales Executives on deal structuring, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Financial Institution Liaison: Cultivate strong relationships with senior staff at financial institutions (Insurance, Bank, Micro Finance) to optimize funding.
  • Collections Escalation: Handle and resolve escalated payment and vehicle/asset recovery issues from clients.
  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote products and secure new preferred dealer deals.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure adherence to lending compliance standards.
  • Mobility: Be able to travel frequently to provinces for strategic accounts and team support.
  • Duty as Assigned: Must perform other strategic duties as necessary.

Sales Executive (Auto Loan) (2 Positions)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8am-5pm (1h break)

Public Holiday: Follow Cambodia labor law

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work with car dealer (new and second hand)
  • Work with garage (repair and assembly cars) and spare-parts shop
  • Process auto loan for customer from car dealer
  • Cooperate with financial institutions (Insurance, bank, Micro Finance)
  • Knowledge of telecommunication companies and financial institutions
  • Have networking with local government
  • Contact to consumer who want to buy car through our service
  • Can go to collect money, Vehicle, Motorcycle from clients and so on
  • Make good relationship with financial staff and clients
  • Promote about product and service to clients
  • Must perform other duty as assigned by Supervisor if it is necessary
  • Be able to travel to province if there is request from company

Senior Collection & Assessment

Position Summary

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8am-5pm (1h break)

Public Holiday: Follow Cambodia labor law

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To oversee his team of collectors and physical check on customers and site visit
  • To ensure his staff is meeting production goals, complying with company standards and federal collection laws and generally performing the essential functions of their position.
  • To input data and creating spreadsheets showing the progress of his staff’s efforts to collect debts, for speaking with individuals who wish to speak with a supervisor and for approving and allow settlement and payment options.
  • To supervise and coordinate activities of customers engaged in collecting overdue payments for charge accounts or loans from customers of banks.
  • To review delinquent account records to determine which customers must be contacted for collection of overdue accounts.
  • To organize collection work load according to degree and amount of delinquency and assign accounts to subordinator for collection.
  • To write letters or approve form letters for us in collection attempts.
  • To authorize or refer accounts to manager for repossession and legal action against debtors.
  • To assist subordinates with collection activities in difficult cases.
  • To supervise and coordinate activities of clerical workers in related activities
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager
