Auto Finance Officer-Senior Executive

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist Auto Finance Unit Manager in training asset backed team about their job roles.
  • Train branch staffs on sale strategies and techniques.
  • Prepares and leads special promotion plans in his areas/location/region.
  • Cooperate with BM to assign finance sales advisor-auto finance to visit car and motor dealers.
  • Provides the sale strategies to branches such as sale promotions through marketing activities in potential villages, communes, schools and factory zones to attract the new and existing clients.
  • Pushes and leads finance sales advisor-auto finance, head of finance sales advisor, and Branch Managers to make a good relationship with dealers closely.
  • Visit branches to find the issues and support in pushing sales and growth of asset backed finance.
  • Conduct the field visit to survey the market, direct strategy and guide branch staffs, BMs on how to achieve plans.
  • Closely monitor disbursement plan, achievement Vs plan and take corrective actions to improve branch performance.
  • Visit car dealers to make good relationship to increase more inquiries and have some talk to get some related information.
  • Calls to follow up and receive the calling with finance sales advisor-auto finance, head of finance sales advisor, and Branch Managers for sale consultations, obstacles and solutions.
  • Closely monitor and follow up all inquiries with branches or dealers.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking, Economics and other related field.
Work History:
  • Leasing or credit fields for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Know the leasing markets and has good relationships with dealers.
  • Can speak and write English
  • Have good computer skills
  • Can travel to branches in provinces.
Soft Skills
  • Good inter-personal skills.
 
 

Customer Service Standard Officer-Senior Executive

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Customer Service/Support, Banking / Finance, Business Administration, Accounting
  • Schedule:Full-time

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist to develop policy/procedure/guideline of Customer Service Standard.
  • Provide training “Customer Service Standard” to newly recruited staff and provide refresher training to existing staff.
  • Develop a checklist and questionnaire for customer service evaluation at branch level.
  • Regularly conduct branch visits to evaluate customer service implementation, collect customer experience, provide coaching and recommendations to branch level if their shortcomings.
  • Filter outstanding branches of customer service implementation for rewarding.
  • Initiate customer experience program and propose to direct supervisor.
  • Collect feedback on customer service implementation from staff​.
  • Collect customer feedback from branch to evaluate service performance.
  • Conduct competitor surveys of customer service standards.
  • Perform other tasks assign by management.

Languages:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking/finance or business management, or related filed.
Work History:
  • Customer service capacity is a requirement for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience or knowledge of microfinance and the banking industry is preferable.
  • Be proficient in English both speaking and writing and very good in communication skills.
  • Good understanding of computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Soft Skills
  • Self-motivated person, good relationship with the public, ability to work under pressure and work independently.
  • Honest and excellent character with high commitment to work with teamwork and willing to travel to provide is compulsory.
 
 

Administration Intern

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing administrative services to support the whole LOLC operations.
  • Assist in preparing and keeping all administrative documents in an orderly manner.
  • Stick inventory code on all assets purchased.
  • Prepare item delivery to LOLC branches.
  • Take quote(s) from suppliers.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Undergraduate Degree in any related fields.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Able to type English and Khmer Unicode.
  • Understanding of English speaking and writing is an asset.

HR intern

  • Assist to prepare the training reports.
  • Assist to observe the training courses.
  • Assist in coordinating internal trainings in term of materials, facilities, and arrangement Assist in calling to branches for training purposes.
  • Assist in copying and preparing training documents.
  • Assist in typing training documents in English and Khmer and Assist in training data encoding.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
