About the Role:
The Country Manager (Cambodia) will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Global International Migration Agents in Cambodia. This position requires a proactive, business-minded individual with strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will act as the company’s representative in Cambodia, managing local staff, liaising with business partners, coordinating with the Australian team, and ensuring that all operational, administrative, and client support processes run smoothly. While Mr. Wathnak Vy (MARN 2217981) will continue to manage client services and strategy from Australia, the Country Manager will take full responsibility for operational management and local engagement receiving full support from Mr. Wathnak Vy (MARN 2217981).
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about international education, migration, and cross-cultural collaboration, and who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of Cambodian students, workers, and families pursuing opportunities in Australia.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of Global International Migration Agents in Cambodia.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of full-time, part-time, and casual staff (including hybrid and remote employees).
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between the Cambodia office and the Australian head office.
- Handle business registration, licensing, and tax obligations in Cambodia (all costs covered by the company).
- Represent the company in meetings with government offices, schools, universities, and business partners.
- Arrange and facilitate meetings for Mr. Wathnak Vy during his visits to Cambodia.
- Act as a case supervisor for clients facing challenges in their personal or professional journey, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Identify business growth opportunities, partnerships, and new marketing initiatives to increase client engagement.
- Maintain high ethical standards and uphold the company’s reputation for integrity and transparency.
- Conduct daily online check-ins and progress meetings with the manager in Australia.

- Requirements:
- Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in administration, customer service, or migration services preferred.
- Understanding of Australian visa types and migration processes (or willingness to learn).
- Content creation skills (social media, blog writing, or video production) are a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in international education, migration services, customer support, or marketing.
- No, a degree is not required, as education level is not a factor in our decision-making. We welcome high school students, university students, and recent graduates.
- Experience working with Cambodian clients interested in studying or migrating to Australia.
