Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching & mentoring the QC team & ensuring highest product quality.
- Ensure GMP, Safety and Quality in the factory.
- Implement, maintain, & improve quality systems e.g. BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free.
- Join in-house and external audits (local raw material suppliers) to ensure proper quality.
- Assisting all internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc.
- Assist in customer interactions appropriately (complaints, questionnaire, etc).
- Implement, verify and maintain updated in-scope documentation; Quality manual (QM), Quality procedure (QP), Support document (SD), Work instruction (WI), Form (FM), etc.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
- Khmer - Good is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in food science, Food Technology, Agro-Industry or related fields. is preferred
Work History:
- Working experience in QA/QC function from Food or related industries for 8 years
Skills & Knowledge:

- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
- Experience in Quality Management and implementing Quality Auditing procedures
- Knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
