Duties & Responsibilities:
- Workshops, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with association policies and evaluating outcomes and maintaining records.
- Organize Board Meetings / member meetings and minute taking.
- Recruit new members by presenting association bene>its, and guiding them through the registration process.
- Build and maintain communication with members, government agencies, and private sector partners, ensuring timely compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
- Supervise and mentor volunteers, interns, and staff, assigning responsibilities and ensuring adherence to association standards.
- Provide Khmer-English translation, prepare of>icial correspondence, and maintain administrative and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with government ministries, such as Ministry of Tourism, General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation, Skills Development Funds, City Hall, Provincial Hall, Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, EUROCHAM, AMCHAM, CAMFEBA, IBC, for forums, policy updates, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage >inancial >lows, prepare reports for the Treasurer, and oversee budgets for association projects and events.
- Maintain and update digital platforms (website, email, social media) and ensure accurate information sharing with members.
- Prepare association planning, policy development, and design communication materials to support governance and operations.
- Organize oversea business trips and association delegations while ensuring proper documentation and logistical compliance.
- Handle monthly Tax declaration and TOI

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Training management which required my development and implement the hospitality training courses, evaluating and monitoring the training processes and outcomes.
- Communicating with members, potential new members and government agencies –and private sectors.
- Building partnership between private sectors, organizations and Ministries.
- Attending meeting with Ministry of Tourism and other related Ministries
- Disseminate up-to-date information, legislation, laws, guidelines and circulars from the government agencies to all association’s members in order for them to implement on timely basis.
- Planning one year ahead for the association future with President
- Keeping appraised of the concerns and needs of members to ensure the association addresses these in its plans and activities
- Organizing Board Meetings / member meetings and minute taking
- Organizing networking events including the Cambodia National Hospitality Competitions.
- Operating administration and >inancial management
- Oversee and prepare >inancial transactions and manage the bookkeeper/ >inancial assistants
- Keeping record of all the policies, legislative, regulatory development
- Art work design for brochures, newsletters and publications
- Communicating with magazines
- Managing website and Facebook page
