Associate, Logistics (1 Position)
Job Purpose/Summary: This role will responsible is to assist and support for the logistics matter of the company and will act as the primary interface between the company and suppliers (oversea) and logistic operation in an effective and efficient manner.
- To ensure all of purchases are arrange and scheduled to arrive as per plan
- To ensure the items and materials coming with right quantity, quality and SPEC condition
- Review shipping document from suppliers and process with the agency for the clearance
- Regularly update of import & export regulatory from authority government
- Shipments tracking report, manual cost spending by each shipment, and other logistic reports.
- Process for any new import and export documents required, and documentation for the Audit purpose
- Liaising with suppliers and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines
- Checking and confirmation with service providers (agencies) for the clearance schedule after arrived
- Well control on payment documents with related stockholders (Agency, brokers & co-loaders)
- Others tasks that assigned by supervisory.
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Logistics and/or Supply Chain or related field.
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and logistic operation (in bounce & out bounce) Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both local and English
- Computer, Ms. Outlook and Ms. Office and SAP system is a plus
- Able to work under pressure / perform to deadlines and solve problems

Coordinator, Quality Assurance and Halal System (1 Position)
Summary: To ensure the Cambodia plant's products meet quality standards and halal certification requirements by managing compliance, maintaining quality systems, and supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Maintain and update QA documentation and address consumer / customer complaints.
- Quality Management System: Implement and maintain QMS to meet international standards. Conduct audits and manage QMS documentation.
- Halal Compliance: Work with the Group Halal Compliance team to ensure all products, processes, and materials comply with halal certification requirements. And support halal audits and address any non-compliance issues.
- Audits and Reporting: Support QA and halal certification audits and ensure all findings are addressed. And Provide updates to the Group on halal certification status and audit results.
- Training and Collaboration: Train staff on halal and quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all certifications are maintained and compliance is upheld. Also, work together with all HODs to plan and coordinate training under manufacturing.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management or required by the business. Adapt to emerging needs and priorities providing support and flexibility to address various challenges and opportunities
- Diploma / Degree In Food Science and technology, or others related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience & knowledge in GMP/HACCP/ISO 22000/FSSC 22000
- Halal Regulations and Knowledge
- Familiar with halal requirements from JAKIM, MUI, and Cambodia
- Muslim candidate is required
