Associate Human Resource Manager

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs for vacancy positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates from job analysis until final selection.
  • Post job advertisements on appropriate platforms and conduct outreach to potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the hiring process, including extending job offers, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training and Development
  • Create and deliver onboarding programs for Junior HR Managers, introducing them to company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to the responsibilities of HR.
  • Conduct workshops, role-playing exercises, and hands-on training sessions to enhance skills in recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and performance management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants and making adjustments as needed.
  • Support Junior HR Managers in their professional development by identifying growth opportunities and recommending relevant training courses or certifications.
  • Performance Monitoring and Support
  • Act as a mentor and provide guidance to newly recruited Junior HR Managers during their probation period.
  • Monitor the progress and performance of new hires, providing constructive feedback and additional support where needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure Junior HR Managers are meeting expectations and contributing effectively to the team.
  • Process Improvement
  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment and training processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in recruitment, training, and HR management.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies during recruitment and training activities.
  • Other task
  • Manage IT job of company through support from IT subcontractors.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, training, or HR-related roles.
  • Experience in hiring and training HR professionals is highly preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Analytical mindset to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and training programs.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
