Assistant To Operations Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Work under Operations Manager
- Assist Operations Manager in supervising sales & marketing departments
- Assist in other departments when needed
- Assist in recruitment process, interviews and selections of potential candidates
- Follow and execute training to department employees
- Translate company documents and materials between English and Khmer
- Assist in producing and following up staff schedule
- Ensure all departments strictly follow Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
- Assist in monitoring and responding to customer inquiries on social media and contact points
- Assist marketing team in developing, communicating and maintain good relationships with customers through CRM strategies and partnership/membership profiles, VCC
- Assist in organizing and facilitating company events
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on activities, campaigns and progress as needed by management
- University degree in business/admin/marketing/management or equivalent
- Candidates with prior experience will be highly considered
- Good communication skills
- Good management skills
- Excellent written Khmer literature
- Good written & spoken English
