Position Summary

Report To: CEO

Direct Report: CEO

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain the security of executive files.
  • Communication Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
  • Facilitate effective communication and follow-up on action items from meetings.
  • Financial Coordination:
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis activities to support the CEO’s strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure alignment with company financial goals.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee and coordinate special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Track progress, ensure deadlines are met, and provide regular updates to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Travel and Event Coordination:
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO.
  • Plan and organize corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and manage logistics for all travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain and organize the CEO’s office, ensuring a professional environment.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the availability of necessary resources.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, or a related field, An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Work History:
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role within FMCG sector for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications:

Account Executive

Position Summary

Department: Account and Finance

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to support our daily financial operations at a manufacturing facility The ideal candidate will handle a variety of accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, reconciliations, and tax tiling support Thes role is essential tn ensuring accurate timely recording Of financial transactions in compliance with Cambodian regulations and company policies

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system
  • Prepare and process payments. invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts and customer ledgers
  • Monitor petty cash and prepare monthly cash reports
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
  • Prepare supporting documents for tax filings (VAT, WHT, etc.) and submit to relevant authorities
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and reports
  • Communicate With suppliers, customers, and other departments on accounting-related matters
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance. or related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting (experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred)
  • Good knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations (VAT, WHT, etc.)
  • Experience With accounting software or ERP systems (e.g QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic financial analysis
  • Able to communicate in both Khmer and English

Senior Logistic Officer

Position Circumstances

Department: Warehouse & Logistics

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring delivery operation
  • Route plan delivery produces with delivery team arrange by zone.
  • Ensure SOP conduct productively
  • Daily report tracking with truck capacity
  • Work with driver team leader M&R plan.
  • Leading and support stock out delivery, Logistic officer and pick and pack
  • Daily tracking system and analysis the status of pending in module shipment
  • Daily record the issue, challenge take action and send to logistic supervisor for update the progress and request support
  • Daily, weekly and monthly logistic report, Prepare monthly driver and helper incentive,
  • Tracking Truck GPS, Fuel consumption of each truck
  • Delivery accuracy
