- Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
- Handle confidential information and maintain the security of executive files.
- Communication Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
- Facilitate effective communication and follow-up on action items from meetings.
- Financial Coordination:
- Assist in financial planning and analysis activities to support the CEO’s strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure alignment with company financial goals.
- Project Management:
- Oversee and coordinate special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Track progress, ensure deadlines are met, and provide regular updates to the CEO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Travel and Event Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO.
- Plan and organize corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and manage logistics for all travel arrangements.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and organize the CEO’s office, ensuring a professional environment.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the availability of necessary resources.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, or a related field, An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role within FMCG sector for 5 years as a minimum
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to support our daily financial operations at a manufacturing facility The ideal candidate will handle a variety of accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, reconciliations, and tax tiling support Thes role is essential tn ensuring accurate timely recording Of financial transactions in compliance with Cambodian regulations and company policies
- Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare and process payments. invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts and customer ledgers
- Monitor petty cash and prepare monthly cash reports
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
