Assistant Service Station Managers (4 Positions)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working in shift changing between Assistant and Service Station Manager in good cooperative manners.
- Handling day-to-day staff management, store/stock//merchandises management in order to keep the services operation running smoothly.
- Handle in execution of day-to-day operational services including leading staff and problems solving.
- Ensure the whole station premises are in secure, safety and well-clean at all the time.
- Ensure station image meet the company standard by engaging with approve contractors for maintenance.
- Controlling and ensuring the day collected cash in secure and correctly counted by subordinators.
- Daily summary sale report, monthly report and stock count.
- Prepare monthly summary OT and payroll for service station staffs.
- Handling the whole operational activities within Caltex Services Station in order to provide high quality services to customers.
- Conduct an operational audit at other company-owned stations to ensure the compliance to the company’s procedure. This requires traveling to other stations nationwide.
- Provide on-the-job training to new retailers and station staffs and support the operation of the new station nationwide.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Good Computer Skills (MS Excel and MS Word).

- Good command of English both writing and listening.

- Be able to work shift time (flexible hours).
- Good leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Able to mobile nationwide (short-term assignment)
