Assistant School Administration
To work with the School Admin and school leaders of K12 School, the Assistant School Admin is responsible for supporting in administrative matters especially in the scope of the library.
- Setting up/maintaining of all library processes at the SCIA library, to ensure an accurate, expedient and efficient delivery of service to all staff, students, parents and the community
- Overseeing K12 Schools library, as well as teachers resources
- Preparing and managing the library budgets
- Selecting, acquiring, organising and maintaining library resources to cover the full school community
- Developing and implementing a library policy which reflects the educational aims and objectives of the whole school
- Planning and overseeing a programme for monitoring and evaluating library services and performance, including user surveys and statistics on stock and usage
- Planning and monitoring the delivery of an information skills programme throughout the school
- Developing and overseeing a reading programme for meeting the needs of all students
- Overseeing the behaviour management of those using the library
- Overseeing annual books and materials request and work with procurement to ensure all books and materials for K12 is ready before school term starts.
- Providing administrative support for the Reporting Officer(s)in K12 matters.
- Assist in all internal and external examinations.
- Performing other functions as necessary or assigned by Heads of Division.
- Academic Education / Training / Experience
- Degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Library or School Admin
- Experience working in an academic-related setting is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Khmer/Chinese is an advantage.

Officer, Campus Operations Support
To work with the Senior Officer and the Heads of Division, Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy Co., Ltd. (SCIA), a Cambodia registered subsidiary of SIM International Pte Ltd.)
- Assisting with the administration processes of every department of Campus Operations.
- Sorting and filing of records, documents, mail and other materials
- Maintenance of information systems to keep track of necessary data
- Create, update and maintain office files
- Process forms and requisitions
- Operate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) to enter, retrieve or archive information
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
- Convey information both verbally and in writing.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Performing other functions as necessary or assigned by Senior Officer and Heads of Division.
- Assisting Senior Officer and Head of Division in any projects or tasks in relation to company goals and objectives.
- Participating in all School-wide events.
- Taking care of pantry cleanliness
- Participant in temperature taking station during COVID 19 crisis

- Academic Education / Training / Experience
- Experience and knowledge of school bus safety procedure
- Minimum 1years of working experience as operation support, BA, Receptionist.
- Ability to read basic English
- Be able to communicate with foreign teachers, staff and parents in English/Khmer
