Assistant Sales Manager - Chinese Speaking

Job Purpose: The incumbent supports Assistant Director of Sales in achieving sales activities and sales call for Food & Beverage outlets, including Hotel KVL and the iconic Vattanac Capital Lifestyle Park as defined in OKRs (Objectives & Key Results). S/he also assists the Assistant Director of Sales with completing the system’s tasks.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The role directly reports to Assistant Director of Sales.
- KEY RESULT AREAS
- Responsible for all administrative duties in the sales department for VCLP F&B.
- Consistently do customer contacts directly with both existing customers and potential customers for events.
- Identify and handle sales lead effectively and efficiently and independently.
- Prepare the monthly/yearly production report by Account Managers and overall for the department.
- Assist Assistant Director of Sales in collecting the competition and market segment information.
- Actively distribute product information and creates awareness in the markets, and business segments or responsibility.
- Participate and is responsible for the sales meeting report, and to be submitted prior to the meeting.
- Assist with planning and coordinating sales activities and events.
- Assist in coordinating the development of all promotional material to promote the VCLP outlets.
- Manage account base and maintains all customer information both manually and electronically.
- GENERAL
- Help in the preparation with contracts and proposals.
- Provide on-going support to the department.
- Abide by the hotel and brand Associate Handbook.
- Abide by both the hotel and brand policies and procedures.

- 2 to 5 years in sales in hospitality industry/fine dining restaurants
- Education / qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields

- Experience and skilful in Internet and other major computer programs.
- Able to use the Sales and Front Office computer systems.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good at computer skills with the minimum requirement in using Microsoft Windows XP or higher, Microsoft Office 2003 or higher, Internet and other popular software.

Video Content Creator
Job Grade: 4 (supervisor level)

Job Purpose: The video content creator is responsible for creating and editing visual content for various projects to support promotion of KVL brands (all F&B outlets and Vertical Fitness Center). These include content creation, cutting and arranging footage, adding special effects, and adjusting audio levels. S/he must have a strong understanding of video editing software and be able to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- KEY RESULT AREAS
- Taking photo & filming video on set and on location
- Working with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots
- Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment
- Editing footage after recording
- Creating and editing video content for various projects ensuring high quality and creative execution
- Editing and assembling video footage into a cohesive final product
- Incorporating music, sound effects and visual effects as needed
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure quality and consistency
- Implementing graphics, special effects, and sound editing as needed
- Staying updated on industry trends and techniques
- GENERAL
