Location: Phnom Penh
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday
Role Objective: Support the arrangement and coordination of daily operational tasks to ensure that all project activities (training, workshops, assessments) are implemented smoothly, accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing logistical arrangements for project training sessions, workshops, and meetings (e.g., booking venues, preparing materials, and sending invitation letters).
- Communication and Monitoring: Communicate directly with enterprise owners (SMEs) and relevant partners to collect information, track progress, and ensure they receive sufficient information about the project.
- SOP Implementation: Execute all operational activities by strictly adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any challenges to management.
- Project Administrative Support: Assist in preparing work schedules, drafting agendas, and compiling project-related administrative documents for reference.
- Performance-based incentives (KPIs).
- Insurance: National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and annual leave in accordance with labor laws.
- Mentorship & Growth: Receive training and work directly with senior management and international projects, which helps expand your network and strategic knowledge.
- English - Fluent
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Economic Development, or a related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or project coordination (dynamic recent graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Highly Disciplined: Ability to listen, understand, and strictly follow guidelines (SOPs).
- Good communication skills and proficiency in using computers (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Proficiency in English Language (Listening, Speaking and Writing)
Technical & Data Assistant

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday
Role Objective: Support management in collecting data, managing Digital Platforms, researching market information, and drafting preliminary reports to facilitate faster and clearer strategic decision-making.
- Data Management: Input, organize, and verify SME data into digital platform systems.
- Preliminary Research: Assist in researching raw market data, packaging strategies, and other technical information as directed by management.
- Document Drafting: Prepare preliminary draft reports or assessment questionnaires before submitting them to management.
- Management System Support (Dashboards): Help update data on Data Dashboards to track the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the project.
