Assistant of Chairman
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administrative support
- Manage the chairman’s calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Meeting management
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items for board and executive meetings.
- Project assistance
- Support the chairman with corporate, business, and investment-related tasks, including record-keeping, coordination, monitoring, projects, and research.
- Communication
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, liaising with staff, clients, and partners.
- Travel coordination
- Make all necessary travel arrangements for the chairman.
- Confidentiality
- Handle and secure sensitive business and personal information with the utmost discretion.
- Reporting
- Draft reports and presentations as needed and assist with expense reporting.

General & Technical Skills
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
