- Coordinate with CX team to make sure SOP/IOP followed and KPI delivered in operation
- Manage the team the task relating to facility, HSSE in the scope in charge

- Prepare and host visit/audit
- Forecast and well plan for operation and facility

Job Purposes:
Responsible for the daily operation supervision
- Daily operation:
- Follow up plans and coordinate to related department to utilize resources to finish all operation plans.
- Monitor daily operation for inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity to meet all operation KPI that customers require, and company and department target.
- Monitor, instruct / training for employees in daily operation to be comply with SOP / working instruction, job standard.
- Report, monitor and resolve issue on physical operation and system.

Warehouse Facility Supervisor

- Responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and optimization of site facilities, including buildings, accommodation, office areas, utilities, equipment, and common services.
- Ensure the facility is safe, functional, clean, and efficient to support smooth business operations.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for infrastructure, machinery, and utilities to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Manage suppliers and contractors related to facility services (e.g., cleaning, repairs, landscaping, waste disposal, pest control).
- Oversee facility-related contracts, budgeting, procurement, and vendor performance for services such as property management, space planning, and resource usage
- Ad hoc-tasks: support HSSE and warehouse admin tasks
- Work closely with HSSE team and warehouse manager to drive warehouse team on implementation of HSSE — ensuring that no deviation between real practices against with instruction/guidelines or company policies.
- Assist warehouse manager on monthly PbM campaign and Gemba walk
- Perform risk assessments for all warehouse activities and conduct annual review and/or when there is change management
- Report and take lead on investigating if there is safety/security incident occurred
