Stakeholder (Internal): SCM/CX, BD, AM, Procurement, FNA, HR

Stakeholder (External): Customers, Vendors

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Daily operation:
  • Follow up and manage the team to handle tasks relating to inbound, outbound, VAS and inventory management
  • Initiate, take lead or join project relating to CFS operation for continuous improvement
  • Train and supervise the supervisors and blue-collar staffs below in the scope in charge
  • Coordinate with CX team to make sure SOP/IOP followed and KPI delivered in operation
  • Manage the team the task relating to facility, HSSE in the scope in charge
  • Make sure HSSE standard and KPI followed at site
  • Make sure site KPI delivered
  • Prepare and host visit/audit
  • Forecast and well plan for operation and facility
  • Project developing
  • Joining new project to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation.
  • Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.
  • End results
  • Meet customer KPI and Department KPI
  • All inbound and outbound shipments are planned and catchup customer’s requirement
  • Customers satisfaction

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Preferably with Professional Certification
  • Preferable to 3-4 years of professional experience in contract logistics/distribution center operations
  • Solid experience in managing the sizable team
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS
  • Good English communication skills ( verbal & written )

Job Purposes:

Responsible for the daily operation supervision

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Daily operation:
  • Follow up plans and coordinate to related department to utilize resources to finish all operation plans.
  • Monitor daily operation for inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity to meet all operation KPI that customers require, and company and department target.
  • Monitor, instruct / training for employees in daily operation to be comply with SOP / working instruction, job standard.
  • Report, monitor and resolve issue on physical operation and system.
  • Project developing
  • Joining new project to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation.
  • Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.
  • Review and propose solution to improve non confirmative issue.
  • Manpower managing
  • Update training content, provide initial training, and periodical training for operator of inbound, outbound operation.
  • Monitor operator, DC staff ‘s operation to be comply with work instruction, job standard.
  • Update work instruction and working process to match new requirement from customer, or changing in company operation.
  • End results
  • Ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations, meeting with customers’ demands and satisfactions
  • Provide operation services in line with business strategies

Languages:

Work History:
  • Distribution center operations with ability to manage sizable for 3 to 5 years is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Preferably with Professional Certification in Warehouse or logistics
  • Team management of operators
  • Preferably for being familiar to WMS, TMS, OMS,..
  • Knowledge in inventory control and analysis is and advantage
  • Good in Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Power point)
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

Warehouse Facility Supervisor

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and optimization of site facilities, including buildings, accommodation, office areas, utilities, equipment, and common services.
  • Ensure the facility is safe, functional, clean, and efficient to support smooth business operations.
  • Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for infrastructure, machinery, and utilities to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
  • Manage suppliers and contractors related to facility services (e.g., cleaning, repairs, landscaping, waste disposal, pest control).
  • Oversee facility-related contracts, budgeting, procurement, and vendor performance for services such as property management, space planning, and resource usage
  • Ad hoc-tasks: support HSSE and warehouse admin tasks
  • Work closely with HSSE team and warehouse manager to drive warehouse team on implementation of HSSE — ensuring that no deviation between real practices against with instruction/guidelines or company policies.
  • Assist warehouse manager on monthly PbM campaign and Gemba walk
  • Perform risk assessments for all warehouse activities and conduct annual review and/or when there is change management
  • Report and take lead on investigating if there is safety/security incident occurred
  • Responsible for general administrative tasks, recording warehouse asset and stationery
