About our center: Happy Return Center of Cambodia (HRCC)

The Happy Return Center of Cambodia (HRCC) is a reintegration support center established under Korea's Official Development Assistance (ODA) initiative. It is operated by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRDK) in cooperation with the Cambodian Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training. The center supports returning migrant workers through vocational training and entrepreneurship programs, aiming to help them reintegrate economically and socially.

Assistant Manager/Operation & Service Department (1 Position)

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager will support the operation and service functions of HRCC while also contributing to project coordination tasks. Although the role will be based at HRCC, the employment contract will be signed with Korea Productivity Center (KPC), the project coordination agency (PC) for this ODA initiative.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Support administrative tasks related to center operations and services
  • Manage and update student career and skill database
  • Draft and process internal documents and reports
  • Organize events and assist with external coordination
  • Assist in issuing career and education certificates
  • Provide operational support to HRCC and assist KPC’s project activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HRCC Director
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office and general IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (Korean is a plus)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and customer service
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and asked to give a brief presentation on the following:
  • Proposals to expand the migrant worker database and encourage their participation in training programs
  • Creative ideas to develop differentiated services for migrant workers at our center
  • An overview of your relevant experience and professional strengths related to operations, service, and accounting
