Announcement Positions

Assistant Manager, Accounting and Finance (1 Position)

Position Summary

Benefit:

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Working hour: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Friday;
  • 30$ per month for traveling from home to work;
  • 300$ for staff Baby Delivery both male staff and female staff;
  • 100$ for staff’s Marriage;
  • 100$ for Funeral Contribution;
  • 200% Overtime on public holiday;
  • 18 days per year for Annual leave, 6 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday;
  • 200$ per staff/year on Outpatient Coverage and 100$ per child/ year;
  • Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Bonus depend on company profit;
  • Staff’s lease with low interest rate;

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To manage operation for customers’ disbursement;
  • To deal with customers’ repayment;
  • To control on loan management system;
  • To maintain appropriated policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control treasury activities;
  • To prepare management report such as budget variances analysis, estimation, financial projection, financial statement timely and accurately;
  • To produce all statutory reporting including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually reports as required by regulators such as NBC, ACAR, …;
  • To take an appointment and timely actions to monitor and control company financial health;
  • To advice and support to decision makers at all levels;
  • To coordinate annual audit process with the appointed auditors timely;
  • To be responsible for updating Accounting and Finance related Legal and Compliance;
  • Other tasks assigned by manager;
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting and Finance;
  • ACCA student is preferred;
  • At least 3 years working experience in MFI and Finance banking sectors;
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Accounting system and loan management system; MS PowerPoint; and Microsoft office 365 is plus
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Strong communication skill for negotiation and reconciliation;
  • Advanced analytical, organization and interpersonal skills;
 
 

Staff, Accounting and Finance (1 Position)

  • Bacherlor degree in accounting and finance or other field related to the position
  • At least one year experience in field Accounting and Finance
  • Excel or advance excel skill
  • Can use accounting system such as QuickBooks and other accounting system

Nurse, HR & Admin (1 Position)

  • Provide consultation, monitor, keep track, and convey important patient information to help optimize treatment planning and care delivery;
  • Treat medical emergencies and provide first-aid to employee;
  • Control first-aid medicine in stock, keep optimal supply in treatment room, and consistent restock of all equipment;
  • To support training part about first-aid in training;
  • In charge of claiming with National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and other insurances;
  • Ensure that the infirmary room was kept clean and comfortable;
  • Maintaining accurate complete health care records and reports;
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Earn the educational qualifications of Midwife, Nurse, or health equivalent degree
  • At least 1 years working experience in Nursing, Midwife, or medical
  • Team-oriented, clear verbal and written communication skills, and sound clinical judgment
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-tasks
  • Good at MS Office including Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
 
 

Senior Staff, Sales (2 Positions)

  • Work from Monday to Saturday ( Sunday and 1 day-off on rotation basic);
  • 30$ per month for traveling from home to work;

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree of finance banking, business administration, marketing and management.
  • Fair knowledge English language and MS world, excel, PowerPoint, email.
  • 2years of management experience in the finance sector.
  • Good writing and spoken English, communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Staff supervision, training/coaching and management experience.
  • High motivation and ability to work with limited suspension.
