- Assisting in hiring, training, and supervising staff ensuring they provide high quality service.
- Improve staff performances, guest service and communication.
- Handling guest complaints, requests, and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience.
- Check in with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are met and address any issues proactively
- Collect guest feedback through reviews or conversations, using it to make continuous improvements in service.
- Overseeing daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Professionally host and accompany travel agents for hotel inspections.
- Providing regular reports to the hotel manager on operations and guest feedback.
- Other tasks assigned by the general manager.
- At least 03 years working in hospitality industry or related fields
- Excellent English skills in speaking, writing, and listening. Other languages are a plus
- Good at Microsoft office (word, excel, power point) internet, and email is a must
- Flexibility to work including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively especially during peak periods
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively
- Quick and effective decision making skill when dealing with unexpected situation
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities across various departments
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff
