REPORT TO: Logistics Supervisor
Assist the Logistics Supervisor in managing local distribution operations, ensuring both company trucks and outsourced rental trucks are utilized effectively. Responsible for daily fleet readiness, driver supervision, and resolving operational issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of company vehicle and outsourced trucks.
- Ensure fleet readiness: check vehicle condition, cleanliness, fuel, and temperature compliance.
- Monitoring on vehicle condition and prepare monthly maintenance record
- Coordinate with outsource partners on truck booking and monitoring outsource truck performance.
- Monitor loading, unloading, packing, and temperature handling for sensitive goods.
- Handle delivery issues (breakdowns, delays, emergencies) and provide quick solutions.
- Support urgent deliveries when required.
- Maintain discipline and performance standards among drivers and helpers.
- Monitoring on Truck regulation following timeline.
- Report operational updates and issues to the Logistics Supervisor.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:

Secondary or higher graduation
Experience:
- Experience in fleet or logistics supervision for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Knowledge of cold-chain operations and outsourced fleet management.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
