Assistant Hatchery-Supervisor (1 Position)

Job Level: 2-Staff
Job Purpose
The Assistant Hatchery Supervisor is responsible supervise the hatchery activities, make sure operations or procedures in hatchery are performed right, biosecurity, chick quality and transportation.

- Key activity
- Supervise activities of egg team, chick team, technical team: daily tasks (egg selecting, sorting, storage, cleaning, setting, candling, hatching, chick selecting, vaccination, output controlling, etc.) and arising tasks (input receiving, check machines when problems, etc.)
- Support and coordinate with other departments in the Incubator to complete work and promptly resolve problems arising in the factory to ensure timeliness and efficiency, participate in analyzing and supporting other departments to handle problems arising if necessary.
- Responsible for Bio security of Hatchery.
- Data summary of incubation process (amount of hatching egg, egg inventory, amount of pull out, chick delivery, etc.)
- Manage timekeeping checking / temporary workers / vaccine/ gender selection.
- Be responsible for traceability of Day Old Chicks for customers, or traceability of batch if has problem.
- Support to supervise the effectiveness of cleaning, disinfection, biosecurity of hatchery.
- Monitor and supervise the progress of completion of hatchery inspection forms.
- Result
- Optimize the effectively of hatchery, well control the quality of DOCs, incubation productivity and biosecurity.

- Qualifications
- Graduated College, University all majors, Management and Veterinary is advantage.
- Experience
- 2-3 years of progressive and demonstrated experience in a management function.
- Competencies
- Advanced skills in excel and word
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to be proactive and show a degree of flexibility- Ability to work independently
- Language(s)
- Proficiency in English and Khmer communication skills

Maintenance Supervisor (1 Position)

- Working location: Oudong Hatchery, Kampong Chhnang, Cambodia
- Report line: Hatchery Supervisor
- Job purpose: Ensure technical activities of the hatchery are well managed.
- Responsible for operation of all machines, equipment, systems in hatcheries, including detect mistake, repair and preventive solutions.
- Make planning of inspection, maintenance all machines, equipment and systems in hatchery regularly, checking and daily reports.
- Planning of verification of all equipment, machines, special machines, equipment which require strict technical and operational requirements.
- Responsible for incubation process: fumigation, setting plan, incubation checking, manage formol in hatcher procedures, checking hatching quality, determine hatching time…
- Responsible for solving technical problems, report and propose solutions to Hatchery Supervisor/ Line manager.
- Analysis, summary and propose solutions to improve the quality of hatching, maximizing the productivity of machinery and equipment
- Design, follow up and update all of technical procedures, regulation in using chemical, equipment in Hatchery, follow up daily technical report and checking up.
- Responsible for technical installation and operation hatchery projects of company and transfer technology from partners.
- Manage outside contractors under technical scope.
- Responsible for guests visit related to technical, training internal staffs, leading and developing technical teams.
- Other duties are assigned by Hatchery Supervisor/ Line manager.
- Have background and deeply knowledge of Electric and Mechanic, special Automatic Electric, at least 3 years’ experience at same level.
- Proficient knowledge of incubation system or poultry livestock is an advantage.
- Flexible, accountable, detail – oriented and honest
- Passionate and willing to learn new techniques and skills
- Have good problem-solving skill, initiative, special technical problems
- Good English skill
- Strong computer skill
- Willing to move to Vietnam for training hatchery technical knowledge (2 months)
Maintenance Technician (2 Positions)

- Job purpose: Ensure technical activities of the hatchery are well managed.
- Responsible for all machines, equipment systems in hatcheries, including installation, operating, detecting and solving (repair or replace) incident or technical issues...
- Inspect, maintain all machines, equipment and systems in hatcheries regularly, checking and daily reports
- Operate and take responsibility for incubation process: fumigation, setting plan, incubation checking, manage formol in hatcher procedures, checking hatching quality, determine hatching time…
- Responsible for receiving, checking, following, solving technical problems, report to Line Manager.
- Analyze, summarize and propose solutions to improve quality of hatching, maximizing the productivity of machinery and equipment
- Inspect, follow and update all technical procedures, chemical and equipment regulation, dangerous animals in Hatchery.
- Coordinate with experts to install equipment and mechanical systems in the hatchery
- Daily solving technical problems, report and propose solutions to Hatchery Supervisor.
- Other duties are assigned by Hatchery Supervisor
