Assistant Equipment Maintenance Manager
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all machines & equipment of STARBUCKS Outlets and Japanese restaurant. Oversees the day-to-day repairs & maintenances for Starbucks and Japanese operations of the equipment and machinery through planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure equipment & machines reliability and minimizing the unexpected downtime. Coordinating and directing the preventive maintenance and repairing of some activities through the service technicians and selected service team as necessary. He/she will report to Senior Project Manager.
- Manage and lead the equipment supply chain team, working closely with the Starbucks and Japanese restaurant.
- Manage global supplier relationship and contract negotiations and overseeing over the annual spending with suppliers and vendors.
- Works cross-functionally to support new equipment & machines development and a key member in driving new technology innovations.
- Leads cross-functional and project teams to deliver strategic recommendations, new products and achieve business objectives.
- Manages relationships with all Starbucks AP and Japanese business counter-part, internal and external teams, and vendors throughout the entire value chain from planning, commercializing and after sales support.
- Liaises with external and internal s ervice teams to ensure all outstanding critical and urgent audited issues are addressed within stipulated timelines.
- Monitor and control all costs of technical services performed and works within the pre-established budget.
- Issues all Purchase Orders for parts replacement in keeping with the needs of the services provided and warehouse management.
- Maintain a complete set of records for equipment and parts inventory purchases, equipment conditions, costs of repairs and preventive maintenance for all equipment.
- Driving and monitoring the equipment engineering team to improve performance, quality, cost, cycle time, and manufacturing robustness of test equipment.
- Oversee the general management and maintenance of equipment & machines maintenance, repair, and storage functions, to include fire control and electronics equipment.
- Oversee and provide Field and Sustainment level maintenance to include backup unit support levels of maintenance on tactical and commercial ground equipment & machines.
- Ensure that all store partners are properly trained and licensed, if required, prior to their appointment to a position or prior to operating equipment associated with a position
- Ensures that all equipment is completely inspected at least once a year and is calibrated based on the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Establishes and monitors preventative maintenance schedules on equipment.
- Preparing and conducting the annual needs and annual budget plan for submission and management’s approval.
- Ensure that maintenance technicians record accurate and detailed information in work orders for accurate work history and data-driven decisions.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the organization’s maintenance management plan in accordance with its goals to improve uptime and minimize cost.
- College/ Technical / University degree with a major in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in retail and industrial machines & equipment Service Maintenance and management, preferably gained from the F&B industry.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (English and Khmer), both orally and in writing
- Proven experience of leading, coaching and developing a team in a customer focused retail business.
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience in document control & budgetary management or related disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Assistant Project Manager - Architect Designer
Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, He/she shall be managing and completing the architectural design works required in each project phases such as feasibility study & report, building design codes & standard compliances, store design and innovative concepts, full architectural design development, tender/construction documents management, bidding and negotiation process, and store development documents administration and management. In the meantime, He/she will be also responsible for working and coordinating with external design consultants, AP Starbucks designers, the project management teams on the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of project delivery goals.
- Involved in the project planning, organizing, and management of the internal and external design consultancy team to meet the top management's expectations and monitor the design process from feasibility studies/reports, standards, design development, contract procurement, technical design, tender documentation, tender evaluation, bidding process, post contract management and architectural consultation.
- Develops and produces schematic plans, visual design packages, sketches, details and design intended drawing packages, materials specifications and schedules to support the execution of store designs that clearly communicate the design direction to peers and leadership, cross-functional partners, construction teams and external consultants, according to prescribed deadlines.
- To exhibit strong design expertise development and implementation quality of design and lead design production according to building codes, law requirements, and architectural graphic standards and produce design concepts and drawings upon request from management for architecture, interior design, urban planning, or landscape.
- Creates a range of relevant, innovative design solutions in response to changing timelines, project and workload demands while meeting aesthetic expectations and operational requirements.
- Review and coordinate all works during each phase including specification, CAD/REVIT/BIM models, project documents and design intent keep within financial budgets and deadlines.
- Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including directing the Starbucks and external design consultancy team, reviewing drafts and computer modeling, and approving design changes.
- Coordinate with architectural consultant on drawing issues, and perform checking of coordination drawings between architecture, structure, and MEP.
- Perform periodical site visits and meetings, reviewing architectural material and construction drawing by contractor and resolving architectural related problems occur during construction stage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and consultation, preferably gained from the F&B industry.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (English), both orally and in writing
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in document control & budgetary management or related disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint

- To exhibit tasks using computer programs such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up Pro., V-Ray Plug-in, and Adobe Creative Suites at a very good level or higher.
