Position Summary

Department: Customer Service-CNS

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare clearance document on be haft of factories and submit to other subjected vendors
  • Perform booking on behalf of factories to vendors as customer's SOP/Advice
  • Book carrier's space on behalf of customer team
  • Pouch documents to other destination/origin
  • Create PO
  • Other Tasks assigned by supervisor/team leader
Requirements:
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Computer literacy in MS. Office, Internet & Email
  • Willing to learn & must be able to work over time
  • Adaptable and result oriented attitude
 
 

Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

Department: Customer Service

Job Purpose: The position is expected to maintains customer satisfaction and improve service quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To perform the Customer Service from receiving booking until the delivery to the final destination
  • To deliver 100% data integrity i.e. accurate booking, clear information to customers
  • To provide customer with timely, accurate booking, clear information to customers
  • To provide customer with timely, accurate and courteous service. Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanors and communication
  • To assist customer when problems arise by liaison with the relevant internal parties
  • To pro-actively advice customer one exceptional service notification
  • To coordinate bookings between factory & carrier & customers
  • Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree of related field
  • At least 3 years’ experiences in logistics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Outgoing, independent and challenging
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skill
  • English: Ability to communicate fluently (both writing and speaking)
  • Chinese: ability to communicate both writing and speaking is additional advantage
  • Willing to travel to visit/find all kind of customers/accounts
