Job Purpose: The position is expected to maintains customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
- To perform the Customer Service from receiving booking until the delivery to the final destination
- To deliver 100% data integrity i.e. accurate booking, clear information to customers
- To provide customer with timely, accurate booking, clear information to customers
- To provide customer with timely, accurate and courteous service. Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanors and communication
- To assist customer when problems arise by liaison with the relevant internal parties
- To pro-actively advice customer one exceptional service notification
- To coordinate bookings between factory & carrier & customers
- Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree of related field
- At least 3 years’ experiences in logistics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Outgoing, independent and challenging
- Good interpersonal and analytical skill
- English: Ability to communicate fluently (both writing and speaking)
- Chinese: ability to communicate both writing and speaking is additional advantage
- Willing to travel to visit/find all kind of customers/accounts
