Arts Teacher
Reports to Head of Students Affairs
Working days: Monday Friday; Time: 7:30am 4:30pm.
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate art lessons aligned with the curriculum, covering: Foundations of Art, Portraits, Symbolism, Community Themes, Modern Art, and Portfolio Development
- Guide students through sketchbook exercises, formative activities, and major summative projects each semester.
- Foster creativity, technical skills, and cultural appreciation among students.
- Lead group critiques, discussions, and peer reviews to enhance visual literacy and self-expression.
- Encourage experimentation with various art forms including drawing, mixed media, collage, and poster design.
- Develop and assess students’ work based on creativity, craftsmanship, understanding, effort, and communication.
- Support students in preparing a final portfolio and presentations.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into the broader educational experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification and/or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong background in both traditional and contemporary art techniques.
- Proficient user of Microsoft office;
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing;
- Good command of Google Classroom and other online learning tools is a plus;
- Fresh graduate is welcomed;

School Nurse
Report to Front Office Supervisor
- Provide clinical care or nursing care when the students feel unwell;
- Keep accurate record about students’ information when they come to infirmary room;
- Update students’ condition after resting at infirmary room to Front Office Supervisor;
- Record students’ temperature twice per day, such as in the morning and afternoon;
- Check students’ conditions such noise, throat, and overall health conditions during drop off time before letting the students go to their class;
- Check parents’ temperature during pick up time in case they need to complete pick up authorization form;
- Request COVID-19 testing kits or Antigen tests;
- Take COVID -19 test for all staff when required;
- Work collaboratively with teachers and all staff to promote good health and well-being in school;
- Raise awareness on health hazards and propose solutions;
- Other technical tasks will be assigned by Supervisor.
- Have at least Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or other related fields;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing;
- Experienced in working with International School is a plus;
- Have ability to operate and communicate well with all levels employees;
- High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic;
- Honest and good problem-solving skills;
- Ability to retain confidential information;

IT Officer
Report to ICT and Digital Marketing Manager
Working days: Monday Friday; Time: 7:30am 4:30pm.
- Maintain all computers and electronic devices;
- Provide timely and effective technical support on the day-to-day of IT operational works;
- Provide network access to teachers, and staff as well as assist them regarding all IT subject matters;
- Solve the troubleshoots and other issues related with computers and electronic devices as requested;
- Install and configure the computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications;
- Deal with computer hardware and software such servers, printer, sound systems, lighting systems, network devices utilities, including virus cleaning;
- Test and evaluate the technological devices;
- Provide the recommendations about accessing information and purchasing of technology resources;
- Provide the training and support to new users of existing technologies;
- Adapt with workplace environment and quick learn the new technologies;
- Other technical tasks will be assigned by Supervisor.
- Have at least Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or other related fields;
- Have at least one-year experiences in IT related works;
- Experienced in working with International School is a plus;
- Have knowledge and experiences in windows network environment and technical skills;
- Have technological awareness and up-to-date knowledge on latest developments in tech-related systems;
- Have ability to operate and communicate well with all levels employees;

Operations Supervisor
Reports to Operations Manager
- Supervise Operations Executive in the daily operations;
- Assist Operations Manager in the daily operations;
- Perform daily admin duties in the office, including food request, daily operation supplies requests, etc.;
- Supervise and monitor on a day to day to the teams of housekeeping, facility, and security teams to ensure the quality standards of the school;
- Ensure daily cleanup of the campus and ongoing maintenance of buildings;
- Supervise daily students pick-up and drop-off;
- Ensure the secure and safety of buildings for employees and students;
- Prepare monthly budget plan for the teams of housekeeping, facility, and security teams;
- Lead, motivate, and supervise operations executive, housekeeping, facility, and security teams to work effectively and efficiently in order meet the school standard;
- Assist Operations Manager in managing and planning strategies for the school cafeteria service standard in order to achieve high satisfaction level from students;
- Assist Operations Manager in developing, implementing, and reviewing operational standards, policies, and procedures;
- Assist Operations Manager in ensuring full compliance with SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow any tasks assigned by Operations Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in school operation, maintenance and facility is preferred.
- Experience in international school is a plus;
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result;
