Area Sales Manager – General Trade/Modern Trade

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales person.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify New markets/customer and market shifts
  • Sales Generation and Real Time Field Working Methodology
  • Providing Sales And Development Training to staff on regular basis
  • Developing the Business model and Expanding Territory
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Leadership Skills: Your job is to motivate your employees, working with them to set and meet sales goals. You will have to resolve conflicts and may be in charge of hiring your staff.
  • Analytical Skills: You will take the sales numbers and analyze them to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies. Good analytical skills will help you set proper goals and determine pricing.
  • Customer Service: You might need to speak with dissatisfied customers, or entertain high profile clients. Customer service skills will be necessary.
  • Communication Skills: A big part of sales and leadership is communication. You will need to be a good listener and speaker, to help customers and employees understand your direction and recommendations.
  • Follow Up: Take strong follow up from Yangon/LPM Area Sales Working, market visit, attendance, Follow daily work plan of Sales Person and Supervisior, Focus Productive Call Average, All Product range Check.
 
 

Sales Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Team Leader for Sales Executive Group
  • Leading Team for Product Sales and Marketing in Retail Stores
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team .
  • Joint Market Working with SE and Achieve Pro Call Target for Month
  • New Outlet Activation and Maintain/Updated Route Call list.
  • Key Customer/Sub wholesale relationship buildup.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Sales and Development Training to staff on regular basis
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience

Marketing Executive

Position Summary

Salary : 450-500 $ inclusive all

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Need to do Monthly Regular Marketing Activation and Activity in the wet market and Public area
  • Merchandizing: Merchandising Key Outlets, Flyer distribution, Wholesale market development and Display Insertion
  • Team Follow: Marketing Plan implementation and follow up with Team for successful activity.
  • Presenting Marketing Ideas and Support Campaign
  • Co-ordinating Promotion Activities, events and Distribution
  • Find Marketing Agency for Material printing, design generation, event organizer and get best quote for production
  • Production follow and check the material and allocate as per the plan given.
  • Retail And Modern trade Merchandizing checks.
