Area Sales Manager
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Management & Market Development
- Directly in the target area: Go to the sales area and establish direct relationships with distribution depots, agricultural communities, and large plantation owners.
- Prepare sales strategies: Create monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of business goals.
- Find new opportunities: Research and create new market opportunities to drive sales volume to increase continuously.
- Sales Forecasting: Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue based on accurate data from the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Monitor competitors: Collect and manage information about competitors' prices and market activities on fertilizer and agricultural chemicals products.
- Sales Target: Achieve fertilizer sales of at least 150 tons/month or 1800 tons/year.
- Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead the sales team in the target provinces: Manage and guide the sales team in the target provinces to achieve the specified sales percentage.
- Recruit and train provincial staff: Participate in recruiting and strengthening the capacity of sales staff on a regular basis, both in theory and practical application at the farm or depot.
- Manage schedules and discipline: Monitor compliance with internal regulations, daily/monthly reports, and team timesheets.
- Operations & Collaboration Review
- Monitor KPIs: Monitor daily activities and reports of the sales team to ensure compliance with sales processes and set KPIs.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical departments to organize sales promotion campaigns and resolve technical issues for customers.
- Data management: Organize and store customer data, depot data, and potential area information in a clear system.
- Report to superiors: Report sales and market updates to the General Manager (GM) and CEO on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
Work History:
- Agricultural Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with high-potential crops (Paddy-rice, cashew, durian, rubber, coffee, pepper, and cassava) for 0 month as a minimum
- Leadership Experience: Experience as a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager (Priority given) for 0 month as a minimum

- Network & Connections: Strong and close relationships with agricultural depots/dealers nationwide (Priority given).
- Management & Leadership: High capacity to manage, lead, and motivate the sale promoters.
- Strategy & Marketing: Skilled in developing effective sales strategies and marketing.
- Sales Expertise: Strong skills in Consultative Selling and Closing Deals.
