The Receptionist & Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of educational institutions by managing front desk activities and providing administrative support. This position is essential in enhancing communication between students, faculty, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Greet and assist visitors and students in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and ensure that necessary materials and supplies are adequately stocked.
- Provide accurate information about university programs, activities, and events.
- Assist students, staff, and visitors with their queries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and other administrative materials.
- Maintain student records and documentation accurately and systematically.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff.
- Assist the Campus Manager with the administrative tasks.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in student management systems.
- Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and proper handling of information.
- English - Fluent is required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Receptionist in Educational (Schools, Universities) for 1 year is required
- Admin Assistant in Retail Chains and Stores for 1 year is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. French language skills are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks.
