The PMU is seeking to contract a qualified company, NGO, or institution to develop and implement a gender-responsive knowledge management (KM) mechanism to support Cambodia's transition to a circular economy and improved e-waste management along the electronics value chain. The mechanism will facilitate the collection, sharing, and application of data, best practices, and lessons learned, while ensuring that gender perspectives are integrated into policy and practice, in coordination with the project's gender expert or gender focal point. The assignment comprises below deliverables:
- Deliverable 1: Inception note and KM mechanism design document, including platform architecture, gender-disaggregated data collection protocols, and content plan.
- Deliverable 2: Functional, accessible digital knowledge management platform, populated with initial content.
- Deliverable 3: Gender-disaggregated data collection tools/templates integrated into project M&E processes.
- Deliverable 4: Targeted training materials developed for identified stakeholder groups.
- Deliverable 5: At least two participatory knowledge-sharing/technical workshops delivered, with corresponding workshop reports.
- Deliverable 6: Final report on the KM mechanism, including platform usage/uptake data and lessons learned.
