The Marketing Supervisor will play a key role in driving brand growth, strategic campaign execution, and lead generation. This role focuses heavily on Digital Marketing and Event Marketing, requiring a balance of creative execution, analytical thinking, and agency management to align all marketing efforts with core company objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for both online and offline channels, including budget and timeline management
- Manage ongoing marketing campaigns and measure their results
- Oversee brand management and corporate identity
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns
- Generate leads and coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Create and publish marketing materials, such as POSM, brochures, banner, and social media posts.
- Maintain effective internal communications and collaborate with other departments.
- Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing budgets, and tracking results
- Collaborate with Design team to produce effective marketing materials and content to attract and
- convert target customers
- Plan and prepare content to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships and work with contracted agents and agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on real estate market conditions and conduct research on new marketing trends and technologies
- Manage event planning, organization, lead, control, and evaluation
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to line management
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
- Khmer - Good
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Minimum 3 years in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
- Industry experience in real estate, property development, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong team leadership, negotiation, cross-departmental coordination, and analytical skills for trend forecasting.
- Proactive, creative, flexible, tech-savvy, and highly skilled in market research and relationship management.
