Khmer General Education Teachers

The position is for Cambodian, Primary Classes
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Khmer General Education Teachers to join our team. As a Primary Class Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire young minds, foster a love for learning, and contribute to the academic and personal development of our students.
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the Khmer General Education Program curriculum
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and assessments
- Provide guidance and counseling to students to support their academic and personal growth
- Establish and maintain effective classroom management strategies
- Organize classroom materials and resources to create an optimal learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their children's academic progress and any concerns
- Serve as an advocate for quality teaching and uphold high work ethics
- Attend all scheduled working days, hours, and training sessions, including in-service days
- Collaborate closely with the academic team to enhance the quality of teaching and learning in the classroom
- Develop and implement fun, interactive, and engaging lessons and activities to promote student learning and participation
- Minimum of 1 year experience teaching the Khmer National Education Program
- Possession of a Khmer Teaching License
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Khmer
- Motivated self-starter who requires little direct supervision
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows applications, and Internet usage
- Reliable, with a commitment to always attend work on scheduled working days and hours
- Adherence to the school calendar
- Additional skills in arts, performing arts, and music are advantageous
