Mith Samlanh started our work 30 years ago as one of the first registered Cambodian non-government organizations, and now we have 80 staff working in different zones in the Phnom Penh area. Every year, we provide various outreach programs, vocational training, education, counseling, food, shelter, medical services and income generation programs to 28,500 marginalized children, youth and families in Phnom Penh.

Position Summary
As a Events Facilitator, you will lead the creation of creative sports, arts and entertainment programs for marginalized children and youth in education center, vocational training center and communities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Organizing the activities in Club Friends to align with the scheduled training of the Education Center and Training Center
Lead groups of children and youth to create activities of sports, arts, and entertainment
Facilitate children and youth to join the inside/outside event in line with developing children and youth
Facilitate organizing space and stage for celebrating events in the club friends
Contribute to the narrative report for donors
Prepare a weekly/monthly plan and update the progress monthly report
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
English - Good
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
Experience in sports, arts, or working with children (preferred)
Soft Skills
Energetic, creative, and responsible
Ability to work with diverse groups of students
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexible, proactive and well organized.
