Job summary:
To assist with health facilities and PHD staff on the design and maintenance of data management tools, the data collection and data analysis of VCCT, ART, PNTT, PrEP, PEP, EID, TB/HIV, PMTCT, STI, NPD services.
- Specific Responsibilities
- To work in team with the PHD staff
- To maintain the NCHADS’ Database applications: VCCT ART, PNTT, PrEP, PEP, EID, TB/HIV, PMTCT, STI, and NPD health facility data collection instruments. And assist MPI data analyze, dashboard and data entry.
- To maintain the computers of data management system, printer, network connectivity and Test-Result Remote Printing.
- To work closely with health facilities and other partners to ensure regular collection and submission of patient data required for the data management system.
- To enter paper-based data from health facilities into Data management databases.
- To compile data on service availability
- To compile, enter and maintain data in the data management databases and review/clean-data for data quality of Prevention, HIV Testing and Treatment program.
- To prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and other reports based on the data management system and to send the data sets to NCHADS data management unit on time as deadline.
- To provide basic information for decision makers to conduct data analysis and data use.
- To provide back up to health facilities staff, and ensure adequate feedback and dissemination of report.
- Play a role as Data Entry Clerk when Data Entry clerk is vacancy or taking long leave.

- Bachelor's Degree in computer Science or related filed
- Working experience in IT with similar position for 1 year
- Ability to conduct multiple tasks and effectiveness in high-pressure situations
- Ability to absorb and synthesize a broad range of information
- Ability to install, maintain databases software system (MySQL/SQL server)
- Experiences on working in HIV/AIDS field
- Experiences on Virtual Meeting App as Zoom or Microsoft Team or Google meeting.
- Strong computer skills in Computer Maintenance and Networking
- Knowledge in: Microsoft Office skill (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel and Ms-Power point).
- Ability to travel within the province
- Good interpersonal skills

AIDS Care HIV/NCDs-Mental Health Coordinator (Replacement) (Closed)

Accountable to: AIDS Care Unit/NCHADS
To provide clinical management support to ART sites to ensure quality of care and treatment service for PLHIVs.
- To lead the development and revision of clinical guidelines and training curriculum on management of OIs and ART for PLHIVs.
- To coordinate the prevention care and treatment for HIV/Mental health of PLHIVs.
- To coordinate the prevention care and treatment for HIV/NCDs of PLHIVs.
- To provide capacity-build to clinicians, counselors at the ART sites through Clinical Mentoring, on-sites coaching, and another related meeting/training/workshop.
- To implement activities to support Care and Treatment cascade of NCHADS toward our strategic plan to achieve 95-95-95 in 2030.
- To plan for documentation of achievement, and challenges in the implementation of the HIV cascade, and to address key activities to those challenges.
- To organize and coordinate all AIDS Care Unit activities.
- To report on the progress of the implementation of all activities of Care and Treatment Cascade to Head of AIDS Care Unit.
- To conduct field visit to low-performing sites, document challenges, report them to management team, and address them accordingly.
- To serve as resource technical personnel on HIV program.
- To ensure that HIV services are complied with national protocols/SOP and guidelines on management of OIs and ART.
- To support ART clinic to address specific issue/indicators
- To continuously review, analyze the root causes of the problems, develop improvement plan, and follow-up related to the clinic’s performance
- To build capacity and knowledge on HIV Care and treatment of health staffs
- To provide technical updates/peer review of particular HIV/AIDS cases
- To strengthen the clinical competency of healthcare workers at ART sites.

- Other skills: program planning, budgeting, reporting and computer/digital skills (Ms word, excel, power point, zoom) are appreciated

- To enter, maintain and clean data in the data management databases and MPI.
- To prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, annual, and other reports based on the data management system requirement to PDMO on time as deadline.
- To assistant with counselor on review data on paper form and reports.
