- Educate farmers about how to apply fertilizer and pesticide applications.
- Responsible for every decision made in the farm management.
- Conduct field trials and research to improve crop yields and sustainability.
- Provide expert advice on crop nutrition, pest management and soil health.
- Keep detailed records about farmers regarding fields, crops, and samples.
- Build good relationships and work closely with cooperatives, associations, relevant departments and institutions or organizations that support the agricultural sector to contribute to strengthening the quality of pepper and cultivation methods etc.

- Participate in any meetings and training courses relating to quality management.
- Travel to other regions or provinces as required by the company and can drive vehicles.

Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to be stationed full-time at our pepper processing plant. The successful candidate will monitor day-to-day processing operations, supervise the production team, and ensure all processes meet company quality, safety, and compliance standards.
General
The Operations Assistant plays a critical on-site role at the Fuchs Cambodia processing plant. This position requires full-time physical presence to oversee the processing team, maintain production flow, uphold quality and safety standards, and serve as the key point of coordination between the plant floor and management.

- Be present at the processing plant during all operational hours to oversee and monitor the full production process.
- Supervise and coordinate the processing team to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor the quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing processed products to ensure they meet company and client specifications.
- Identify and report any operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the relevant manager promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily records of production output, team attendance, and any incidents or observations on the floor.
- Coordinate with QC, Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted processing operations.
- Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times within the plant.
- Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and audits related to production and quality management.
- Support the planning and scheduling of production shifts to meet daily and weekly output targets.
- Be flexible and adaptable to operational demands, including working extended hours when required.

- Training or certification in food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), or HACCP is an advantage.
- Working proficiency in written and spoken English for internal reporting and communication with management.
- Prior experience in a food processing, agricultural processing, or manufacturing plant environment is preferred.

The Driver serves as a key support role within the company, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of staff, goods, and documents. This role demands a high level of personal responsibility, road discipline, and professionalism. The Driver must be available and ready to travel within and outside of Phnom Penh as business needs require.

- Strictly obey all Cambodian traffic laws and road regulations at all times, without exception.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking fuel levels, oil, tyres, brakes, and overall vehicle condition before each journey.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance such as checking and topping up fluid levels, replacing wipers, and monitoring tyre pressure; escalate major issues to the relevant team promptly.
