PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
World Vision International Cambodia is seeking a competent and motivated ICT Engagement and Infrastructure Officer to strengthen and support our national ICT infrastructure, digital systems, and technical services across the country. This role ensures stable network operations, server and database administration, user support, and close coordination with regional IT teams to implement new digital initiatives for the National Office and 38 Area Program Offices.
- The Agriculture & Marketing Technical Specialist (AMS) provides technical leadership and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of the project’s economic development goals. The AMS will lead and manage the following five key pillars:
- Strategic Strategy Implementation: Oversee the execution of technical strategies focused on Sustainable Income Generation and Market Systems Development to ensure all interventions achieve measurable household-level results.
- Data-Driven Analysis & Reporting: Conduct rigorous data analysis to produce high-quality donor reports, performance reviews, and best practice documentation based on verified field evidence.
- Monitoring & Effectiveness Evaluation: Develop and implement technical frameworks to assess the effectiveness of market linkages, agricultural extension services, and return on investment (ROI) for farmers.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Supervise the Agriculture Technical Officer and coordinate with institutional partners (e.g., academic institutions and government agencies) to ensure seamless and integrated project delivery.
- Adaptive Management: Facilitate technical feedback sessions and provide strategic recommendations to ensure the project remains responsive to market trends and achieves long-term sustainability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Rural Development, or Economic Development, or any relevant field
- At least of work experience in agriculture, Agro-business development, livelihood, economic development, rural development, or any relevant fields for 3 years
- Experiences in coordination and facilitation of technical training of agriculture, livelihood, or income generation to communities
- Demonstrated experience in relationship development, supporting/empowering and/or coaching others, and networking
- Demonstrated experience in increasing the transition of smallholder farmers from subsistence to larger-scale commercial production
- Demonstrated experience in contract farming arrangements
- Demonstrated experience in development, community empowerment, working with community-based organizations, including Agricultural Cooperative (AC
- Computer literate; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email
- Competent in verbal and written English communication
