Position Overview:

Working with an adventure experience team, you will need to respond for the travel services reservation, and make sure all the services are arranged correctly with the requirement, cash advance for the tour plan and also control the tour equipment to make sure they are well organized or collect it back after the trip finishes. Moreover, you have to assist the operation with the other arrangements and documentations for the suppliers, and work closely with the cross department and with the our garage team to make sure we have the right information with the requirement.

A good tour coordinator should have detail oriented skills with good communication skills such as speaking, writing and listening and flexibility to adapt to the situation.

Duties
  • Make reservations such as accommodation, restaurants, activities etc…
  • Book and provide travel services
  • Reconfirm and make sure all services are arranged correctly
  • Coordinate with operation documentation (Office administration)
  • Store control (tour equipment control)
  • Assist with sales tasks when needed (logistics, quotation etc…)
  • Tour planning (cash planning, ensuring all expenses are within the tour’s budget)
  • Site inspection
  • Daily update travel plan
  • Monthly report to manager
  • Facilitate dissemination of sustainability policy and training and awareness materials.
  • Promote responsible options whenever available.
  • Discuss sustainability issues and related company objectives as part of regular contacts with suppliers
  • Other tasks upon assignment from the manager
Requirements
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or related field (Fresh graduate candidate is encouraged to apply)
  • Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role in the tourism industry, with a focus and/or interest in the tourism field.
  • Good knowledge of destinations is a plus and an interest in Adventure preferred.
  • Detail oriented and high degree of customer service
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Healthy and fit appearances
  • Open minded and teamwork oriented
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
  • Skills:
  • Good cross cultural communication & negotiation skills in English (both written & spoken), and other languages is a plus.
  • Office administration skill
  • Good computer skills (e-mail, google drive, google sheet, google doc etc…)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work at international standards level of personal conduct and presentation.
  • Well organized and time management skills
