Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for new employees and enter their information into the company’s records.
- Enter employee monthly annual leave requests into the system.
- Review and summarize monthly employee fingerprint scans.
- Verify employee monthly overtime work records.
- Arrange and update employee information for NSSF monthly payments.
- Collect and release monthly payroll information of employees
- Update insurance enrollments for new and exiting employees.
- Track employee driver licenses to ensure they remain active and compliant.
- Submit registrations of employee workbooks and follow up on them.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, or related field
Work History:
- Admin for 2 years is preferred
